Digital Products

All products sold on solful-sa.com are digital downloads (ebooks, meal plans, guides, and similar digital files).

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions — when we will issue a refund

We will consider a full refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged but never received the download link or file

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be opened

  • You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge)

  • A technical error on our end prevented delivery

To request a refund under any of the above circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@solful-sa.com with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Order number or proof of payment

  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2–3 business days and resolve the matter promptly.

Shipping

Solful SA currently sells digital products only. There are no physical goods and therefore no shipping or delivery fees apply.

When physical products (such as immunity shots and cold-pressed juices) become available, a separate shipping policy will be published.
